Upload the photo of your pet you'd like to appear on the package, and enter your pet's name. For the best results please submit a high resolution image taken from a digital camera or a properly scanned photograph. Lower resolution pictures taken from camera phones are not recommended.

Step 2: Enter Shipping Information

Enter your name, address, and phone contact number, and read and acknowledge the terms and conditions

Step 3: Review Your Order

Review your photo, pet name, and shipping/billing information.

Step 4: Check Out

Buyers will be charged $16.99 + $4.00 shipping & handling on purchase. NJ residents will be charged 7% sales tax.
